WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
This position supports ATCO’s energy infrastructure projects by helping secure land rights, working with landowners, supporting negotiations, reviewing agreements, and acting as a key contact between ATCO, landowners, industry partners, and government agencies.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• Recognized Land Agent diploma or certificate
• Valid Alberta Land Agent License
• Commissioner for Oaths
• Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license
• Ability to interpret plans, agreements, and land-related documentation
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and relationship management
